Returns & Exchanges

Trance does not allow returns for a refund in the original form of payment because of hue variation or sizing, but will provide a store credit for the amount purchased that will never expire. Please be sure to verify your size before ordering. Exchanges will be accepted but no credit will be issued for the difference if applicable.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  

Shipping within the continental United States - $7.00

Shipping outside of the continental United States - $24.00 (Can vary by shipment)

All shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable. 

Orders

Please note that Trance turnaround time can be up to two weeks following order placement.  We are combatting the fast fashion industry and make each creation individually.  Please keep this in mind! If we expect the turnaround time to extend past this two week period, we will notify you accordingly. 

Three separate emails will be sent in regards to your order.  The first of which letting you know that your order has been received.  The second email informs you that your order is being fulfilled and packed to ship.  Finally, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will inform you when your order is on your way.   

Thread Care

Hand washing is recommended for all designs to ensure hue longevity.  Hang to dry out of direct sunlight.  Avoid ironing detailed elements of your threads.

Lifetime Warranty

Due to the nature of our unique designs, the Trance Lifetime Warranty will only apply to designs that were not created with special edition detailing.  The majority of our detail material comes in limited quantities and therefore, once we use that material, we are unable to create in it again.  

The product page will note if the product is covered under the warranty.
